Privacy notice
Fellas Invitational is a private golf-trip scoring application. We use the minimum information needed to authenticate invited golfers, operate a trip, preserve score history, and support the organizer.
Information used
Trip organizers provide a display name, roster phone number, role, team and playing status. The application stores trip setup, score events, confirmations, correction notes, and audit history. We do not sell personal information or use score data for advertising.
How it is used
Information is used to verify private-trip access, show the right trip to the right golfer, calculate and audit results, prevent abuse, and investigate a reported scoring or access problem.
Service providers
The application uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, and GitHub for source-control and operational alerts. Each provider processes only the information required to provide its service.
Retention and requests
Official score and audit history are retained to preserve the tournament record. For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, contact the organizer who invited you. Requests that would alter an official record are handled through the organizer's auditable correction flow.
